Refund policy

All purchased items should be inspected at the time of in-store pick up.  Once picked-up, all Accessories including Shoes, Handbags, Jewelry and Cosmetics are FINAL SALE.  All other general merchandise can be returned for full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and price tags attached.  All items must be returned to the store of purchase.  Aged orders beyond 7 days from purchase date may be subject to forfeiture and donation....so please pick up your items within a week of purchase!

Exchanges are not available through Shopify.

To be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit items must be in the same condition as when purchased.  Items must have original tags attached and original receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable
